Use of Digital / Video Images

We often take photographs of participants at our sessions and projects.

 

To comply with data protection law (including the General Data Protection Regulation and associated legislation, we are required to obtain your consent so that we may take and use photographs and video recordings of you.

Photography and videography may be used at Cotton Shed Theatre Company for the purposes set out below.

 

Permission Form

We would like your consent to take photos and videos and use them in the ways described below.  If you are not happy for us to do this, we will accommodate your preferences.

 

I give permission for Cotton Shed Theatre Company to record my image/video.
 

I give permission for Cotton Shed Theatre Company to use my photograph in printed publications that we produce for promotional purposes (i.e. posters, banners etc)
            

I give permission for photos/videos of myself to be used on the Cotton Shed website and other online publications managed by Cotton Shed Theatre Company.

I give permission for photos/videos of myself to be used on social media sites (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.) that are managed by Cotton Shed Theatre Company.

 I give permission for photos/videos of myself to be used in local newspapers/magazines as part of a Cotton Shed event.
