SESSION REFUND POLICY

Cotton Shed offer refunds or exchanges at its sole discretion.
 

Sessions need be paid for in block bookings upfront with our online booking system. Parents/carers will be informed via email of the dates of sessions, the cost of the block booking and information of when these will be available to book onto.

Places will be prioritised on a first come first served basis.

 

Taster sessions will be paid for as a ‘one off’ payment.


If a session is missed due to illness, injury or any other reason not related to COVID-19, we are unable to offer a refund on these sessions.


Cotton Shed is unable to offer cash refunds for sessions missed due to Covid-19 and self-isolation. However these sessions will be credited on any future bookings. This will allow participants to receive a discount on the amount of sessions lost in the next block of bookings with a value of 1 credited session per session missed.

Please contact a member of staff in relation to an absence due to Covid-19. A coupon code will then be sent to you via e-mail and can be redeemed at our online checkout.
 

As with all our theatre sessions, we want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend. Cotton Shed recognises that there are some occasions when parents/carers will face financial hardship. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss our financial hardship policy.
